The maintenance record in my apartment is excellent. The new manager Denise is good at her job. She is personable and friendly. The place has a friendly community atmosphere. It is not hard to find people to talk to at the pool, play a game of volley ball, or Frisbee with. Two months after I moved in, while walking from my apartment to the pool, I was offered a hamburger from three different groups of people who were cooking out. These were people I had never met previously. Over all it is a good place, at a good price.

I wanted to say thank you and let you know how great a job Denise does for the residents at the complex. I have been here since 2004 and she is definitely the best manager we have had.

I just wanted to let you know I appriciate all the hard work you have done for me. As you know I have been a resident there since 2004 and have seen many people in your position and I know you are the best person for that title. The only reason I resigned the past two/three times was because of your professionalism and dedication. My new aparments management doesn't compare to you and your team. Again thank you for all the hard work!
